Works best if used as a moisturizer for protective styles. Apply 2-3 times a week  focusing on the scalp & ends. Style as desired. Can also be used as a deep conditioner. Apply to wet hair let sit for 10-15 minutes, detangle, and rinse with cold water to seal moisture. Not recommended for use with heat. Don’t not ingest. Avoid contact with eyes.
